Dance & music is an intergral part of the TPS school curriculum. Every child is provided with at least two individual and / or group opportunities in the school´s academic cycle

Dance: Dance is an expressive and joyfull art. Classical, Folk and Fusion dances are taught by the dance instructors. Students trained at school perform in various inter-school competitions and also perform in the school events

Music: Music classes are held during school hours where students learn the nuances of music from a professional music intstructor. The music department strives to discover, nurture and fine-tune musical talents.

Music Activities: Voice training, rhythm training, preparation of songs, music quizes and games, traditional raga training, notes and music theory and listening sessions. The students are also taught the art of playing the Harmonium, Veena, Tabla etc. The Indian music room is equipped with a wide range of musical instruments for learning Hindustani music while the Western music room has a number of traditional and modern musical instruments providing children with a variety of learning experiences.

Classical Instruments: Piano, Violin, Viola, Cello, String Bass, Clarinet, Flute, Oboe, Saxaphone, Trumpet, French horn, Euphonium, Trombone, Tuba, Percussion & Voice.
